Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. However, we offer a 14 days refund policy, as stated below. ClikResults’ Business Level courses, Challenges and those including a Consultancy/support component are only eligible for a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, if the "live"/support/consultancy component has not yet started.
